Every child deserves the opportunity to feel valued, supported, and hopeful about their future.
The Antares Foundation Inc. is dedicated to improving the lives of children living in orphanages and residential care facilities throughout the North Kazakhstan Region. Many of these children have experienced significant challenges in their young lives, but with the support of caring sponsors, they can look forward to brighter opportunities and a more promising future.
Through our sponsorship program, volunteers, and supporters, we provide practical assistance and ongoing encouragement to children in care. Sponsorship helps fund educational opportunities, medical needs, recreational activities, life-skills development, special gifts, and other programs designed to enhance each child’s wellbeing and prepare them for adulthood.
Perhaps most importantly, sponsorship lets a child know that they are not forgotten. A sponsor’s letters, support, and encouragement can make a lasting difference, helping a child build confidence, self-worth, and hope for the future.

In order to comply with the Khazakstan authorities rules and to respect our children’s privacy, we do not share photos of the children (before they “graduate” and leave their orphanage) on our social media. Why Sponsor a Child with Antares?

For just $15 USD per month, your sponsorship helps provide practical assistance, educational opportunities , recreational activities, and emotional encouragement to children living in orphanages, children’s villages, shelters, and other care institutions in North Kazakhstan.

Unlike many large charities, Antares is entirely volunteer-run. This means your support goes directly toward helping children rather than funding large administrative structures. Our volunteers work closely with local staff and caregivers, allowing us to maintain personal relationships with the children we serve and provide sponsors with meaningful updates throughout the year.

ANTARES is a registered 501(c)3 organization that operates with a team of volunteers that are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children in Northern Kazakhstan. The volunteer staff includes the board president, all board members, and project and letter coordinators. Antares also has a team of coordinators in Kazakhstan. Antares relies solely on volunteers, donations, fundraising and grants to manage our projects, programs, and supplying needs for requested items to the orphanages.
